James Bullock

Profile:

James is a Partner and Head of our Corporate & Commercial team. He sits on the executive board of Brachers and is also our lead partner in the international Marcalliance network.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate law, working for a number of leading firms, and has been with Brachers since 2012.

James is ranked in the Chambers UK 2026 legal directory in Band 1 for Corporate/M&A in the South of England. He was named as a ‘Leading Partner’ in the Legal 500 2026 directory.

His team has been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year at the Insider South East Dealmakers Awards 2025.
