Highlights include:

• Successfully defending a bankrupt’s appeal to the Court of Appeal for an order for possession and sale to be set aside. The case was reported.
• Successfully settling a claim in which we acted for the Liquidator against a former director for misfeasance and/or wrongful trading after over 2.5 years of litigation.
• Successfully obtaining an order for possession and sale against a bankrupt’s property in a case complicated by matrimonial proceedings running alongside it.
• Successfully recovering valuable plant and equipment from an insolvent company in a disputed retention of title claim.
