Rebecca Gunningham

Profile:

Rebecca is an Associate within the family team and has experience in a broad range of family matters having practiced in this area since qualifying in 2015.

Rebecca trained with a local firm specialising in family law before practicing at a central London legal 500 firm where she assisted on a number of high profile cases gaining a broad experience in financial disputes with an international element and involving complex issues. Rebecca joined the team at Brachers in 2021 bringing her wealth of knowledge and approachable and empathetic persona.

Rebecca passed her initial training with National Family Mediation in September 2023 and is registered with the Family Mediation Council as working towards fully qualified status as a family mediator. She is supported by Mary Raymont as her Professional Practice Consultant.

Rebecca is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to amicably resolving family matters where possible, as well as a committee member of Kent YRes.
