Lily is a Paralegal within our Private Client team, assisting the team on a range of Wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate management matters.

Profile:

Lily completed her Masters in Law at the University of Law before joining Brachers in 2022 as a Legal Secretary/Administrator in the Commercial Litigation team. Lily joined the Private Client Team as a Legal Secretary in 2023 and was promoted to Paralegal in the Elderly and Vulnerable Team in 2024.

Lily assists the Private Client team with a variety of matters including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration
- Charity sector work
- Court of Protection
Lily is based in the Maidstone office.
