Brachers’ Private Client team celebrates double victory at the Probate Industry awards

Brachers’ Private Client team has triumphed once again at the prestigious Probate Industry Awards, securing two significant accolades: ‘Probate Law Firm of the Year – Regional’ and ‘Will Writing Firm of the Year’.

These esteemed awards, affectionately known as ‘the Probies’, honour and celebrate excellence within the probate industry, including probate researchers, lawyers, and insurers. This recognition underscores the team’s expertise in navigating the complexities of probate to achieve the best outcomes for their clients, and in helping clients protect their assets and loved ones.

Brachers submissions also highlighted the strong client feedback for the team, which attests to the skill, care, and compassion shown by them when handling sensitive matters.

These awards follow the team’s success last year, where they won the Probie for ‘Best Estate Planning Team’, recognising their meticulous approach and delivery of personalised strategies to support clients with preparing for the future. In 2023 the team were also awarded ‘Best Private Deputyship Firm’, showcasing their extensive experience in supporting vulnerable clients in Court of Protection and Private Deputyship matters.
