Joshua is a Partner in our Private Client team supporting clients in a range of matters including Wills, probate and estate administration. Joshua is based in our Canterbury office, perfectly placed to serve our clients across the whole of Kent including East Kent.

Joshua joined Brachers in 2023 as a Partner, having worked at another regional law firm for over 14 years, where he gained experience in providing legal advice on a broad range of issues including Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, tax issues and Private Wealth planning.

He has particular experience in helping high-net worth individuals with wealth protection and planning, and supporting elderly clients with accessing straight forward legal advice to suit their needs.

Joshua is a qualified Trust and Estates Practitioner and a member of STEP. He is known for his friendly and professional approach and is praised by clients on his ability to explain often complicated legal jargon in simple terms.
