• Brachers law firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Webster (Nicky) as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Litigation team. Nicky joined the firm in July 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in resolving complex commercial disputes.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, Nicky has developed a strong reputation for her pragmatic and strategic approach to dispute resolution. She advises a broad range of clients, including private companies, partnerships, sole traders, individual shareholders, and Insolvency Practitioners.

Nicky’s appointment significantly strengthens Brachers’ capabilities in construction disputes, an area in which she has particular expertise.
