Brachers law firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Webster (Nicky) as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Litigation team. Nicky joined the firm in July 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in resolving complex commercial disputes.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, Nicky has developed a strong reputation for her pragmatic and strategic approach to dispute resolution. She advises a broad range of clients, including private companies, partnerships, sole traders, individual shareholders, and Insolvency Practitioners.
Nicky’s appointment significantly strengthens Brachers’ capabilities in construction disputes, an area in which she has particular expertise. Her wider practice also includes commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes (including claims against directors), partnership disputes, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Michael Oatham, Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation at Brachers, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Nicky to the firm. Her specialist knowledge in construction disputes and her strategic approach to litigation make her a valuable addition to our Commercial Litigation team. Nicky’s arrival reflects our continued commitment to investing in experienced legal talent to support our clients’ evolving needs.”
Nicky Webster added:
“I’m excited to be joining Brachers and to contribute to the firm’s strong reputation in commercial dispute resolution. I look forward to working with clients to help them navigate complex disputes and achieve practical, effective outcomes—particularly in the construction sector, where clear, strategic advice is more important than ever.”
