Nicky is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team. She joined Brachers in July 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in resolving complex commercial disputes.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, Nicky has built a strong reputation for her pragmatic and strategic approach to dispute resolution. She acts for a broad range of clients including private companies, partnerships, sole traders, individual shareholders, and Insolvency Practitioners.

Nicky advises on a wide spectrum of commercial disputes, with particular expertise in:

• Commercial contract disputes
• Construction disputes
• Shareholder and director disputes, including claims against directors
• Partnership disputes
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
