Dan previously trained with Brachers between 2012 and 2014 and then qualified into the Corporate and Commercial team where he spent a further four years practicing corporate law. Dan then joined a firm in London in 2019, where he broadened his experience, most notably acting for private equity houses on various corporate transactions.
Dan has significant experience advising on merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, management buyouts (MBOs), re-organisations and re-structurings, as well as advising on banking and finance matters. Dan also has experience advising on alternative investment market initial public offerings (AIM IPOs), placings and other public company matters.
He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2025 directory.
