Brachers reappointed to deliver specialist legal services to the NHS

Kent law firm Brachers is proud to announce its reappointment to deliver legal services to the NHS via the NHS Commercial Solutions Legal Services Framework.

Brachers, based in Maidstone and Canterbury, is the only law firm in the South East to have been appointed to the framework, following a successful retendering process.

NHS Commercial Solutions is a collaborative procurement organisation, based in the South East, that works across the NHS and the wider public sector, saving its members time and resource. The Legal Services Framework grants member organisations access to specialist legal practitioners, ensuring high-quality service and value for money.

Brachers is contracted to the framework for an additional four years, delivering legal services to the NHS across four selected areas:

• Corporate & Commercial
• Employment Law
• Property Law
• Primary Care Law
