Brachers advises on sale of Lavenders Care Home to Eleanor Healthcare Group

Brachers’ Corporate team has advised on the sale of Lavenders Care Home to Eleanor Healthcare Group.

Lavenders is a well-established residential care home in West Malling, Kent, registered for 59 residents. Situated within 2.5 acres, Lavenders provides well-presented accommodation, with beautiful, landscaped gardens nestled in the Kent countryside.

The home has been owned by the Webb family for over 40 years and was recently brought to market to allow them to retire.

Established in 1979, Eleanor Healthcare Group operates several other care homes across Southern England.

The sale was led by John Harrison at Christie & Co with legal advisory support from Brachers. The legal team was led by Matt Simmonds (Corporate Partner) and included corporate solicitors Cameron Gaston-Penny and Joseph Burrows and Charlotte Berthel (Corporate Legal Assistant), alongside Ash Jilani and Sophie Spellman (Property), and Lisa Rothon and Petra Venton (Employment).
