    The speakers provide guidance for businesses on compliant collection strategies, including the use of legal action.

    Webinar speakers

    Robert Thompson, Partner, Collections and Recoveries
    Rob heads up the firm’s Collections and Recoveries team and oversees the performance of the team. He has over 30 years’ experience and specialises in debts due under Consumer Credit Agreements. Rob is actively involved within the Credit Industry and is well known and highly respected, mainly due to his work with the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA).

    Graham Wallis, Director and Head of Operations, Collections and Recoveries 
    Graham joined Brachers in 1993 as a Legal Executive handling a volume portfolio of primarily consumer regulated accounts for collection. Graham jointly heads up the Collections and Recoveries team, alongside Rob. During his time within the team, he has handled a number of roles including dealing with defended and disputed matters.

    Nicky Alabaster, Senior Associate, Collections and Recoveries
    Nicky supports Rob Thompson and Graham Wallis in managing the team. She focuses on improving collections effectiveness, whilst remaining compliant with regulatory obligations.
